How much does computer help cost?

Remote support is $75 per hour and on-site visits are $150 per hour, billed for the time spent. There is no subscription.

What areas do you cover?

On-site visits cover the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR metro. Remote support works anywhere with an internet connection.

How soon can you help?

Requests are handled first-come, first-served. Send one and I'll reply with your place in line and an ETA. Remote sessions are often the same or next day.

Do you offer remote support, and is it safe?

Yes. I connect only after you approve it, you see everything I do, and closing the app ends my access. I never cold-call; a call you didn't ask for is a scam.
