How scheduling works

My schedule is dynamic, and I keep it fair with a simple first-come, first-served queue. When you send a request you join the back of the line, and I'll reply with your place in line and a realistic ETA. Remote sessions often happen the same or next day; on-site visits are booked around the queue. No sitting on hold, and no vague "sometime this week" — you'll always know where you stand.

Remote support is $75 per hour and on-site (in-person) visits are $150 per hour. You pay for the time we actually spend — no subscriptions.
What areas do you cover?
On-site visits cover the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR metro. Remote support works anywhere you have an internet connection.
How soon can you help?
My schedule is dynamic and I work first-come, first-served. Send a request and I'll reply with your place in line and a realistic ETA — remote sessions are often the same or next day.
Do you offer remote support, and is it safe?
