Prices are manufacturer-listed, USD, in stock at last check, for complete systems (no bare-bones kits). RAM and storage come from each machine's normalized spec sheet. A cell shows the cheapest machine meeting both minimums, so one machine can win several cells. Configure-to-order systems are listed at their base configuration. Tiers are derived per category from that category's own machines, so servers are ranked on the memory sizes servers ship with, and adjacent rows always hold different machines.
